Cause yeah his albums did fall off before that, I moreso just wanted to argue that even if he has a handful of bad albums towards the end of career he’s still obviously an all time rapper and no amount of s***ty projects should take that away imo. It’s a different world now.

Every top rapper I can think of respects and praises Eminem. He has multiple undeniable classics. Just cause some people on twitter don’t like him doesn’t mean s***. Also quit with the hyperbole. Snoop and Eminem have had good songs in every era. It’s such a lame unnuanced take to dismiss decades of material from someone as entirely trash
It’s ok for Em to be your GOAT. His first 3 are all timers in any genre.
But we compare how he aged compared to his generation like Jay Z or Nas or even 3k and Em really hasn’t produced anything that should keep him in that conversation for a long time.
Even with Dre, D12 and his achievements maturing is being able to say Eminem partially made it this far because of his colour, something Eminem himself openly acknowledges, most artists would have been discarded after relapse.

I disagree
Relapse is a classic to me. Recovery and MMLP2 have some trash for sure but also have some of his best work. Revival is irredeemable garbage. Kamikaze is whatever. MTBMB was pretty solid. He has a better discography than, idk say Mos Def. But nobody holds that against him
