ValentineYea I think at the end of the day, like you said, genetics played a major factor in how a bad diet can affect an athlete despite peak conditioning. Like I don’t think you’re wrong at all for how you looking at things btw, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat fried chicken every day. I don’t mind pasta tho, that’s a good substitute for rice especially a wheat or veggie pasta
