Radio perhaps
No this would be on point.
Hear me out, all them classic G Funk records had radio segments and s*** (think stuff like Doggystyle etc)
Take Care has been solidifying it’s spot as Drakes classic for me, lately.
I’ll have to revisit NWTS though because it has some of my favorite/best songs of his and there was an upgrade in production level imo
Not to be one of those people but it’s still in the back or my mind like damn i wish drake wrote all the s*** that i like from him, so i could buy in fully to the ‘Drake’ character when listening, same with many of Ye’s classic songs. But of course the music is good and i’m glad i have it regardless. most people aren’t caring about the writing s*** especially as they both overlap heavy with pop
Take Care is also top class. Those 2 are his only classics. Can highly recommend you revisiting NWTS and be open minded about the songs u weren't so fond of in the past. The lyrics, depth, production, emotions.. The album got it all man

Morale hit f***ing different after finally going through therapy
thats real I been through therapy some it helps me to a large degree I think I wish they would have played even harder into the theme because some didnt fully grasp it even if it was blatant
I saw a fan theory years ago that each Kendrick album is conceptually a different story telling medium. Take with a grain of salt but interesting nonetheless imo.
S80: Book. Track titles include Chapter 6 & Chapter 10.
GKMC: Movie. Title includes “A Short Film by Kendrick Lamar. Cinematic in nature along with the story-like interludes
TPAB: Letter or Poem. I remember you was conflicted
DAMN: Magazine or Play. Highlighted by the album cover and all caps title tracks
MMTBS: Therapy Session
These all seem correct except DAMN., which always felt like his least conceptual work.
Regardless, the context in which this passage occurs is the same, independently of any specific translation. That is, Socrates having gone to a "wise" man, and having discussed with him, withdraws and thinks the above to himself. Socrates, since he denied any kind of knowledge, then tried to find someone wiser than himself among politicians, poets, and craftsmen. It appeared that politicians claimed wisdom without knowledge; poets could touch people with their words, but did not know their meaning; and craftsmen could claim knowledge only in specific and narrow fields. The interpretation of the Oracle's answer might be Socrates' awareness of his own ignorance.[10]
Powerful
realizing you had to play that s*** in reverse to get the second story was amazing though
chills at the end of duckworth

The old G Funk albums used to have radio station skits, wouldn't be outta place
canonically Wise MMBS makes so much sense to be the next one that follows an album of literal impending doom as Damn,
The old G Funk albums used to have radio station skits, wouldn't be outta place
I would love it
Kendrick hasn’t really had a west coast Hip-Hop album since GKMC, although TPAB/DAMN/MORALE all have songs with west coast influence.
