    There's honestly a grip of colleges in that area, I was there when gentrification got cracking around COVID. Steph and Thomas Davis from the Panthers do a lot in that Charlotte area now, but for awhile people were getting priced out fast. Fort Mill, SC ended up with a lot of people from NC because it is honestly cheaper there for everything

    Fr, UNCC was my first choice but I ended up going to Central lol. But yeah Thomas Davis is a real one. Obviously Steph too. And that’s not surprising considering the distance
