Why did Kendrick choose "wop?"
Theories, some truly schizo, some maybe less so:
To get it out of the way, we know wop is a derogatory word toward Italians coming from “guappo,” or “dandy.” We also know Drake likes to parade about Italian mafia style - see 'omerta' and when he name dropped Vito Rizutto, etc. Is this calling Drake a wannabe Godfather in a derogatory way? And/or a “dandy,” someone more interested in appearances than authenticity? ETA: The backronym of WithOut Papers also potentially insinuates Drake being somewhere he doesn't actually have a right to be and/or that he doesn't have receipts for his claims.
Wop = WAP. "Certified freak." Plus, "what's OVO for, the other vaginal option? Wet Ass P****." So just calling Drake a p**** (that's begging to be beat up) some more.
Wop as in dancing. See "Wop" by J. Dash ft. Flo Rida. Kendrick is encouraging everyone to let loose and come together through dance, which ties into his use of Tommy the Clown, known proponent of using dance to deal with larger issues and uplift and unify his community.
Wop as in "WithOut Prejudice," which is what J. Dash says is what "WOP" stands for. Breaking this down more:
A. Without prejudice as in "I don't have a hatin' bone in my body.”
B. Without prejudice as in the legal practice of marking statements "without prejudice:"
The without prejudice rule gives parties to a dispute protection while they are discussing settlement through negotiation. When it is in force, all parties can talk freely knowing that anything they may provide to the other side during these negotiations can not end up in front of the judge deciding on liability. It is a very useful instrument when settlement is appropriate.
To be truly deemed without prejudice, correspondence must form part of a genuine attempt to resolve a dispute
Which, to me, says Kendrick wants to be able to freely speak on everything and resolve the dispute outside of the traditional justice system and is protecting himself and his expression from coming back to bite him. Alternately, he is offering Drake an avenue to potential redemption that doesn't require outing victims or utilizing the broken traditional court system but allowing settling things between them, or acquiring a sort of non-violent street justice.

C. Without prejudice in regards to a judgment
On the other hand, if a court decision is without prejudice, it means that a party may cure a particular element and present the same issue or motion before the court for adjudication.
