Maaajor throwback. Wow I hate this nigga man
He's really a f*** nigga because if he wasn't such a sicko you could easily make the case for him being the undisputed champ in R&B. The songs he made for himself, other niggas etc. all hits
R. Kelly really couldn't stay away from them indian sounding samples lmaooo remember this joint he did for Marques Houston & Budden? @WT777 & @Beach_kneega

Joe Budden with the most nothing verse of all time, should've got it out the way at the very start
When did kendrick say he "loathes" rap? Being famous yeah maybe but I'm not going to tie that in with his passion for rapping. Most of the "self pity" on Morale had to do with things outside of music. He wouldn't of went to war if his heart wasn't in it.
He’s never said he “loathed” rap specifically but that is the general sentiment and I think it’s fair to say it goes directly in when that’s the thing you’re famous for. It’s not like this is Kendrick Lamar the painter or world renowned chef who somehow found himself into a rap beef. You are a rapper. You make rap music. You are famous for your rapping. The two are completely inseparable, and that’s my point about loathing your talent.

It's crazy cuz that NORE joint dont sound like a Neptunes beat but it does at the same time
he clearly likes making music and art, but dislikes the fame, idolatry and savior s*** that comes with it, Idk how folks are missing that lol
And that’s bullshit
And that’s bullshit
it's really not. Artists owe you art. Nothing else. Lol

He doesn’t loathe his talent. You can’t even find a single bar that shares that sentiment.

No I agree with that but I do think as an artist you have to realize and make peace about what making art means. It impacts people and people are going to want to connect with you and that’s part of the game, you don’t get to put things out into the world and hide from the way it effects people. You don’t have to give them what they want, you’re an individual first but you do have to acknowledge the trade off you’re making by BEING an artist. Kendrick seems to hate that

Could but I’m not going to put myself to sleep listening to that album

That’s cap. He doesn’t share that sentiment anywhere in his discography. As a matter of fact he is one of the only rappers in the mainstream that hasn’t hinted at retirement.
He obviously loves making music and takes it more seriously than a lot of his peers.

Man it's easy to say that on a forum where we all anonymous nigga.
This beef had deranged niggas harassing the mother of his children just cuz Drake name dropped her on a song.
I see why niggas be pushing fame away it would drive anyone insane
Sure you do
Dude is telling my beliefs now. I don’t care if Kendrick wants to but a shut in but if you also can’t realize the fame that you hate is exactly what put you in a penthouse and sent your kids to private school you’re not very self aware
Bro the takes niggas be having and then the convos I actually be having with my friends who work in the industry show me how much of a disconnect there is LMAOOO

Look I get it too. But Kendrick obviously sees and has and enjoys some of the perks. If you’re not willing to accept the negatives that come with that then I don’t really think it’s for you. There are trade offs with everything man
