OVOJersey??? I'm a lawyer but plz explain to me why beating the s*** out of someone who pissed on you isn't assault? The law affords you a reasonable response to being pissed on. Any judge would see fading a mf as excessive force and you most certainly would face an aggravated battery felony charge.
But again plz explain to me why I'm wrong
