    Assault with bodily fluids. Either way he’s within his right to fight back

    There is no "assault with body fluids". Assault does not even constitute a touching. An assault is simply "fear or apprehension of fear". A battery requires an "unwarranted touching". The reason why legally speaking ppl get charged with assault is because you cannot transfer intent in a battery case (look it up).

    There is no assault with body fluids. Any form of contact that is unintentional qualifies as battery.

    In order to have a defense for using reasonable self defense, said defense must be a reasonable response. Aka a "proportionate response". Physically beating the s*** out of someone is not a proportionate response to getting pissed on in the eyes of the law. The reasonable prudent person and self defense standards would both dictate a reasonable response to be pushing the person away and getting help.

    TLDR: you are legally incorrect. You are not within your rights to beat on the other person.

    @sab so in regards to earlier,

    I’m not crashing out over not drake x Kendrick s***. I felt that Islam was being mocked in there by an aggressive HeelKylo, that is for something I don’t stand for.

    However, as it’s true I’m not a violent person. but I just don’t like the passive aggressive s*** like you know me, calling me white/trying to make jokes about prayer. If someone said that s*** to me IRL those are fighting words

    I don’t need to go further here, I’m not tryna peace it up. But putting this aside, I’m here for the music

    @sab

    the sir thread can be opened up if you understand

  • Kendrick really dropped the biggest hit diss record ever against the biggest hit maker ever in hip hop

    You realize how insane that.

    Yupp assault does not require a showing of intent. So if you get a charge for A&B, the reason is in case they try to say you never actually meant to hurt the other person and try to drop it to a negligence case to get rid of battery they can still just book on assault and you won't get neg

    TI confirmed the pissing on but it's not like anybody went to investigate his boy whatever the mfs name lol and see if his boy ever got f***ed with on the low. My whole point is in general if someone does that I wouldn't necessarily beat the s*** out of them but me personally I would 10000% get them back in someway. Whether or not drake did that idk ofc but I'm just really pushing back on this whole "beating the s*** out of someone who pisses on you is completely fine legally " lmaoo

    That’s true but Drake being the drake he was 2009-2012 i don’t see it happening. Plus he was around TI’s crew
