The recovery is worse than the injury in my opinion. Like, the injury doesn’t even hurt that bad if you tear it completely instead of partially. I walked off the field on my own the first time I did it.

But that recovery is such a pain in the ass. You lose virtually all of your muscle in your leg and to get it football ready is just insanely difficult.
