Lowkey he out rapped both of them. They both won the “beef” but I do think if you’re just going bar for bar Drake won the rap battle. There are bars on those tracks that they would never let Drake get off. “Drug dealing aside” come on

A lot of rappers would smoke Drake lol. If we wanna be real about it, he’s already been cooked by a lot of rappers but he was way more popular than them so he got to duck them and not fire back with a full track

Definitely think he outrapped Kendrick, responded and flipped more of his bars in a more interesting way to me but that’s just my opinion. Kendrick didn’t really respond to anything Drake said and a lot of the ideas Kendrick introduced into the beef he stopped with after drake responded ( the whole prince mike thing for example). Kendrick did respond to some but I think Drake did more. I understand Pusha maybe not intending to be super lyrical with adidon but leading up to the tracks ( infrared, two birds one stone etc basically any subs ) there was a lot of pen talk. Regardless he won the beef

A lot is a stretch. I don’t think there are 10 rappers that would smoke Drake. I highly doubt that. And don’t mention underground niggas that have 10 listens on their song. Them dropping a diss on Drake would have little to no effect

What bars did he flip in an interesting way? He had multiple cases where he was straight up wrong because he misinterpreted the Kendrick line or song he was flipping.

I think it’s fair to say Kendrick showed more versatility, had better bars/wordplay, had more quotables, etc.

Most of Drakes bars in this beef are only being quoted ironically

Idk euphoria responded to everything from Push Ups and Family Matters didn't really introduce much more, besides the DV and Dave Free, which he responded to in video form. Maybe not the lyrical approach one would expect but can't say he didn't respond

Euphoria the best rapping of the beef imo. But of course a Kendrick fan will think the most Kendrick song of the beef has the best rapping and a Drake fan will think the Drake songs had the best rapping. That's why I expected the beef to end on a split decision before it escalated

Being called a rat, having a fake daughter, being compared to prince and Micheal Jackson, the girl he f***s not being “real women”, ghost writers, numerous threats against his life, being in a bad deal. Even attempted to get ahead of the whole pedo narrative before it started with Taylor made. This is all before discussing the heart part 6. Kendrick responded to basically 0 of what Drake said and what he did respond to he clearly took out of the context Drake meant and used it to play into criticisms other people already said, like the slave line. Most of these were bad flips.

• Kendrick never called him a rat
• He ended up dissing MJ after cosplaying as him for years
• even if we wanna say the daughter s*** is fake, it’s confirmed he lied about planting evidence so why even mention that lol

Agree heavily I think euphoria and family matters were the actual peak rapping of the beef. I wish that was song that really went for dot. I don’t think family matters introduced much but I think he did respond a lot to what was being said. Euphoria did address some things though

I give Drake props a lot of his flips were great. But in this beef he never had a song like Duppy Freestyle, that's his best diss song imo. The flip from ghost writers to him writing for Kanye was great. If Push didn't reveal Adonis to the world we'd look at that song different (not to diminish Story of Adidon cause Push did a lot more than reveal the child)

Fact, duppy was a really layered diss. Hate it never officially released but I think this beef is too high profile for him to release a song that’s not going to get playlisted or bang in clubs, even if rapping wise he could’ve done something great,
