@Boomin why was youre man’s Drake kissing miners on stage? Excuse my grammar and spelling
Family Matters is fire lol. It just wasn’t a hit song it was a direct diss song so it didn’t do the numbers that NLU did and that’s ok. I know many people who think Drake won. It’s all about opinions at the end of the day
Man he f***in lost.
And that's okay. He's still successful.
But he f***in lost.
Boomin crashing out because Drake lost
They went through the stages of grief but instead of acceptance they went straight back to denial

Not even the Pusha T beef caused them to crash out this bad post beef I wonder why that is

When someone loses a basketball game it isn't up for debate. They lost. Kendrick put more points up on the board.

The way that Drake acted during the Meek beef vs this tells you everything.
It's like when other Hov fans try to downplay Ether, when Jay himself will tell you that got him
You say "YouTube only" release like Drake is some obscure channel.
Nigga has 30 million subscribers.
4 PM in Calabasas has 8.3 million views so yes I do believe casuals heard it.
Can I an OVO Radio sound radio song but you acting like that was the only way for people to hear it when niggas was ripping the s*** and uploading it to youtube and soundcloud.
My Side
Here's Drake's OFFICIAL YOUTUBE PAGE posting it back in 2016
!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYlrOCaUYhs&ab_channel=DrakeFree Spirit / Club Paradise was everywhere around Take Care era due to niggas again.. downloading it.
You act like these songs were super hard to find before streaming services and that's not the case.
We were all there, these songs were everywhere and acting like they were just gone into the ether is super false lmaoo
And yes if you go back to my convo that me & Ron Mexico were talking I was strictly discussing the major releases because my major point was that Kendrick doesn't take as super long between releases like niggas said
I sort of agree with you except you're are acting like the average fan is downloading music and saving / editing files. That's just not true. 8.3M plays in 8 years is not a lot.
Downloading it is not widely available.
Again a lot of those records the general public did not hear and all of them were there first release on streaming. It's a compilation.
I wasnt mad at the Party Re-Release it's official. Where everyone can access it. I'm here for the tunes.
Yeah ofcourse I’m not mad it either but I don’t agree with your point that the general public did not hear a lot of those records. Those were marketed as his essential records just not on the most popular streaming
Platforms
If you are a party fan you heard Persian Rugs, west district, Kehlani’s freestyle.. his fanbase is internet savvy enough to bump SoundCloud records.
But I do understand your point tho I just don’t consider any project a “album” because it’s marketed as such. The industry is smoke and mirrors.
Is there any news on the Kendrick album or were those all rumors
only OVO Mal said kendrick was dropping an album after Like That
only OVO Mal said kendrick was dropping an album after Like That
Nah there was a lot of rumors, think I remember seeing something about October or whatever
Drizzy was flipping those MJ/Prince bars on Dot’s head all beef lmaoo

Facts. Flipped them b****es so much he ended up dissing MJ.

For new songs of course they aren't downloading music. But these songs aren't new. They were big when they came out, and were considered Drake's essential songs for a reason

Agreed sort of, plenty of people catch on to artists years later, you never know what someone's first Drake album or Party album was, you could've missed earlier work. You could just not be an internet music fan. You buy CDs/stream. Party is in year 11, Drake year 15-16.
Nah there was a lot of rumors, think I remember seeing something about October or whatever
that was from from a sweater that said S/S. and cloutchasers twisted it to 8/8

That October date literally was revealed two weeks ago. Nice try though.

Who do you think won?

I remember that too and yeah I legit looked up the jacket after that got posted. But nah I remember people on Discord talking about that s***, guess it was all fake
