Smile is Pac's best song
I Get Around just more popular
I personally like either Bomb First or Hail Mary as my favorite Pac song
Just relentless bars going after awhole coast
drake is such a genius man. crazy how he concocted FPS to lure Kendrick out of hiding, Kendrick drops an alien voice track diss, then he convince Cole to take the first shot for him
now he can sit back and observe to choose when to release the career ending Kendrick diss similar to the one he was saving for Pusha

I could see Hail Mary too
But Face is incredible man
I think everyone agrees that diss lyrically was weak. It was Pacs anger and delivery that made it the way it was. Pac was s*** lyrically but his flow made up for it
This is funny, the terms for everything have become so confused
What is lyricism to you
If anything I would say pac’s lyrics and voice make up for his somewhat simpler flow
but idk what people are even talking about when they use any of these words anymore

There can and should be multiple concious rappers
Yeah but there’s always a poster child that’s seen as the most popular conscious rapper of their generation
In the 80s there was KRS, 90s there was Tupac, the 00s was Ye, and the 10s had Kendrick

whoa really curious how you got MM over GKMC
I just be feeling it more. Loved GKMC back in the day but I barely revisit it.

Same. GKMC is last for me now personally. I still love that album though.

Yall got to leave the focus or idea of the one alone
Still being addicted to that idea is so destructive
A Cole and Kendrick can and should exist . They are both vastly different
Art should never be “ this is only director , actor , musician , game that can do this “
Cole has nutritional value as does Kendrick
The obsession with best has some of you sounding like monotheist
Talking about “ Drake will end pusha career “
Seeing people who didn’t watch battle rap become addicted to drama and subs from billboard artist making millions

Last ?
Why Drake aint backed up Cole yet?
He used Cole as bait. 6god is in control. Trust the plan.

There wasn't a poster child for conscious rap, that was just rap back then. You had conscious and party music until NWA. Then that's where the private prison industry comes in and gangsta rap takes over
This is almost exactly my bottom 5 tracks on the album
Dumb f***er

I’m not saying there can only be one conscious rapper. Never said that. But there’s always a king for everything that the public consensus has agreed upon
Micheal Jackson's run from Off the Wall to HIStory is why I look at lines like "Four albums in 12 years nigga I can divide" as vapid and stupid.
That was only five albums in sixteen years. Don't ever see/hear anybody b**** about MJ's output. And that nigga was making pop music competing against legends. It's almost as if people don't (or moreso shouldn't) care about an artist's output if the music is quality.
Kendrick has that quality to allow him to not drop every year or two. J Cole very clearly does not.
Mike had already been in the industry for almost 20 years by the time Off The Wall came out, and had like 8 albums before that one. Not to mention the way music is recorded now takes far less time.
That situation and Kendrick situation are not equal

Kendrick the one who said it can’t be a big 3 it’s only him. Not to mention wanting to murder all his peers and smoking on top 5s. Kendrick really the one who is against co existing so of course the fans will follow. If it was up to Cole then they’d coexist
Last ?
1. TPAB
2. DAMN.
3. Mr. Morale
4. Section 80
5. GKMC
That’s my current list of what I think is his best whit and what resonates with me the most as a listener.

It’s almost like this is HIP HOP and you should know what time it is
