The whole “I’m not a savior” shtick kind of implies that at one point he had the hubris and ego to think he WAS a savior lol.
Like, the fact you had to make an album digging into the conversation of whether or not you’re a savior lowkey does mean that you at least view yourself as savior-esque somehow
