As a rap fan I understand how it looks and I understand respecting him less as an MC if you value battling.
But as a man who believes we should be able to be vulnerable and honest im not with clowning this. This isn’t the 80s in a hip hop club, there’s been like 3 rap battles in the last 20 years. Cole doesn’t lose my respect for being a kind hearted person
Part of why the world is so f***ed up is we clown people for being nice. It’s seen as a negative especially in men.
