His bar "when shots fly I'm a track star" are clearly about his apology to Kendrick imo. He made this recently
Oh wow lemme listen again
Lowkey this has deflated the situation, I wanted Drake v Kendrick 1 on 1.
That's what I'm saying lmao
F*** all these extra characters
Cole calling TPAB boring and Rocky saying a Drake album came and went just shows yall how unselfaware these rappers are man
All drake had to do was send shots at metro and future, and leave something for Kendrick to send the ball back in his court. This is boring now
cole is the weird outlier though
why did he even agree to be on here lol
I have a theory
im confused like
do niggas think metro didnt ask cole "hey do you want to be on we still dont trust you"?
the bars even sound like they were made yesterday
yeah cole was rapping like metro was right next to him parading him around like a prisoner of war they successfully mindbroke into joining their side, if that verse is older than the apology then i'm genuinely surprised lol
Serena was at his show with her husband who hates drake lmaoooo
Drake hates her husband, her husband probably thinks he’s some generic popstar.
You think so?
To me this sounded like they just had this track lying around for awhile
def recent
Drake hates her husband, her husband probably thinks he’s some generic popstar.
He keeps calling drake a pedo on twitter cause he f***ed his wife
when your opps clique up 6v1 and dont realise it just makes you look like the rap final boss
yeah cole was rapping like metro was right next to him parading him around like a prisoner of war they successfully mindbroke into joining their side, if that verse is older than the apology then i'm genuinely surprised lol

There’s even revisionist history as it pertains to Kendrick’s control verse. Up until 2013, Drake had pretty much solidified a respectable career and was clearly viewed as the revision of the new school.
GKMC was released in the fall of 2012 and clearly was subject to massive critical acclaim and commercial success. He had projects before then but was still relatively under the radar. 5-6 months later he releases the control verse and then the whole “Kendrick is the king”, “Drake ducking smoke” narrative begins.
Drake looked at it from this perspective. You just came in the game, haven’t even established yourself in terms of longevity and now you wanna pop your s*** with all this king talk. Of course he’s gonna feel funny.
He was popping his s*** before control came out lol, Drake got salty cause the verse was f***ing with the nwts rollout

Gotta turn that into a smilie
