i never said that it had 0 effect, i simply said that weeknd was already blowing up on his own prior.
and the sentiment in the post is that without drake, none of them wouldve been s*** which is factually wrong, those were all already talented artists and producers that have went on to prove it through many successful works either since then or with the addition of drake here and there.
So you're telling me Tinashe the "product" who is talented and doing well on her own wouldn't gain anything by going on stage with Beyoncé or Taylor swift and hoping a song? This not about them being s*** or not; they would've be where they are without that co-sign/verse/suprise pop out from the biggest rap star. Just the exposure alone deads your argument.
