I remember a time when people wanting to actually own the music you make was a good thing. People continuing to buy physical copies of your work months and years after release was seen as a huge barometer of an album's impact and staying power.

But I guess streaming and throwing a few songs into playlists is what really makes an album mean something to people these days. Kinda sad honestly.
