there’s no issue forming a group or oursourcing ideas if you do it ethically and transparently but to me it seems like he benefits from it more than anybody else does, and i fear these fans that send their s*** in aren’t being credited

Very wrong. Theres a reason why kevin and matt are he only ones with a viable solo career. Kevin wrote the saturation hooks, did the song structures and put together the albums tracklists.

and at the least, executive produced all of brockhampton and their verses. Without kevin, none of them niggas would be acknowledged, not even matt. He wouldnt even be making solo s*** without kevin. They relied on him

I worded it weird I meant people on this site have a weird negative energy towards basically everybody in the music industry. There are literally no non controversial artists anymore. You could have the most talented artist ever and you’d still hear “oh he’s a biter” “overhyped” “unoriginal” It’s just so annoying to me and super played out.
