I actually never understood why they advertise prescription pharmaceuticals like that

The more dependencies you create, the more money you generate to lobby more politicians and revenue for shareholders. Those prescribed patients have a limited shelf life before becoming addicts on illegal d**** so you have to create a new stream of incoming patients as the old stop consuming and start dying so you can keep making your pharma salary to pay for your 2 vacation homes and the wife’s plastic surgeries so keep those ads going, don’t stop.

It’s easy for me to say I wouldn’t do it if I could but man that’s the easiest bag you’re gonna get

reminds me of how they created juul to pull in a new generation of ppl into nicotine when it was on a noticeable decline with young folks, and it singlehandedly did just that. Years of d*** control efforts out the window.

Wasn't really referring to that medication, I think we were talking about the overall dependency in the pharmaceutical industry in general. Dependency and addiction are two different things.

What's confusing is really the fact we live in a world where there is a Kardashian anti migraine medication ad

It's so weird though, usually when I see a medication commercial (even if it relates to my needs), I just don't have interest in it. Either that, or usually the sales of it are EXTREMELY weak, it's kinda like weeding out all the bad options lol

  • Sep 29, 2020

I don’t get it. What’s the outage about this for? I don’t see the issue, it’s just advertising a migraine otc. It’s easy cash, why turn it down even if you are rich...?
