That verse has Cudi written all over it. Kanye started to be influenced by Cudi around that time. I'm pretty sure MOTM1 dropped around the same time. We know Cudi wrote "Heartless" and "Love Lockdown" so It wouldn't be crazy to think he wrote the "Put On" verse.
