the thing is (that's the funny thing about history), things happen whether you want it to or not.

uprisings at this stage are inevitable. We already started to see the gears turn during the biden presidency with all these strikes (including one I was personally a part of in nyc) across different industries.

whether folks want them to happen or not is kinda out of the question and to cling to notions of "democratic processes would've helped" when throughout WORLD history (not just us history) the only positive changes that has ever happened throughout society in various country, happened through organized movement and violence (as the powers that be never in history have had a clean transfer of power)

that's not LARping, that's not "LeFtiSt iDeALiSm" (I actually have a lotta critiques on the left especially as a black person lol), that's growing up in the redneck south as a dark skin black man with dreadlocks and having to actually deal with this s*** to my face + moving to the elitist north and seeing how...not so different folks is lol.

tl;dr: Boy oh boy when you got an African name and some locs you're literally radicalized via life experience lol.

This rubble and 'new country' you're pining for would come with the deaths of millions

would you tell palestinians the same thing, since Israel actually exists and millions of people live there?

what about black Zimbabweans? millions of white people lived in Rhodesia, I guess it's simply not worth it to fight to not be slave labor for British latifundia.

was it not worth it to fight a literal civil war to abolish slavery in the US? last I checked millions of people died in that little debacle. probably wasn't worth it though.

your fake concern is just provincial self-serving bullshit. "millions of people" die every year through the normal functioning of the capitalist-imperialist system. if you simply take that for granted ofc the violence of revolution will look excessive in comparison.

the reality that some elitist/privileged via geography poc (if it don't apply let it fly) have had growing up doesn't correlate well with the reality that working class poc (that weren't privileged via geography) had to deal with.

Hence why our worldview is naturally clashing.

There are people (hi, I'm people) that saw virtually nothing change regardless of who was in office. What do you tell those people.

People in Georgia literally saw their votes literally not count/matter because Kemp was able to steal the local elections from Stacey Abrams. What do yall tell those people?

We saw a crazy b**** from Georgia end up in Congress off the basis of gerrymandering

At some point, a straw breaks the camel's back. Whether you want to acknowledge that or not, is out of the question

Snow, I'd love to hear more about your discourse on being a woman beyond whatever this is.

what do you want me to say? my politics are informed by the black and Palestinian communists I grew up around. many were women. I dont really understand where you're going with this. can you ask a direct question and maybe I could answer you?

So many of these “deportations” when you read the follow up statement most cannot get deported until they leave meaning their detained and in incarceration or prison-like conditions until it’s cleared.

The government wants a fresh supply of slave labor to depress wages even further and discipline labor and make people more desperate to accept s*** wages. these immigrants are basically slaves now

you know illegal immigration itself is essentially the actual supply of slave labor right? like this is something libertarian thinktanks openly profess and its a not so secret reason many liberal cities (who hide behind moral virtue signaling) actually ""support"" it. trump clearly is not deporting people because he wants to protect the illegal immigrants themselves by any means but the reason for deportation is certainly not amassing a supply of slave labor

I would love to hear what your life as an arabic woman in america is like. We know you are a woman, what daily struggles do you see?

Where do you live? What do you do for work anyways? Youre voice could obviously cover so much more ground than your usual limited points. What opinions do you hold on feminism? I have some close ties to an anthropologist working with middle eastern refugees - whats your stance on that?

why not break out of the shell and give us a better view to better understand your regular points

right. controlling the labor supply itself is how wages are regulated. at different periods this means deportation, or simply keeping migrants in poverty wages.

Yeah, I think the main purpose it to depress wages and discipline labor, I don’t think it removes the fact this is an incentive to capitalize on additional slave labor
