I think that applies too much "logic" and planning to their actions when they've already shown to be led by ideology first and foremost (firing nuclear arms workers and then rehiring them, deleting Enola Gay info bc of the word "gay", cutting food safety regs bc "all regulations are bad", pissing off every country w/ a trade war then asking to borrow 1/2 a trillion dollars, etc)
