I would argue that it is more anti-immigrant and anti-LGBT than it is racial (in the sense of white v black, ofc immigration has a racial element innately). Policy wise the Trump admin has been far, far more pursuant to both active policy and active speech that is openly anti-Hispanic, anti-Asian, anti-Muslim, anti-trans, and anti-gay than it really has ever said anything anti-black. A lot of people seem to just assume there is something anti-black hiding there but in a world where he openly calls every single Latino a border jumping d*** dealing murderer living on welfare why would he not just say the same about black people? You don’t even really get subtle dog whistles about crime/etc - even then he usually just says he’s “pro-police” which if you scratch the surfacd is anti-immigrant (or ambiguous I.e anti-homeless).
