    Imagine dying for this restard

Imagine if they actually brought back the draft the response would be riots nationwide.

The fact that hes admitting were going to send American citizens to die for oil is just deflating.

They've already put out talking points for republicans in leaked memos. They arent denying it, just pointing the finger at democrats.

We might actually get some crazy s*** in there. And thats after its been tampered with.

    Gosh

    I just got drafted and I'm 52

Can’t even comprehend the s***storm that would erupt if they tried to reinstitute the draft for a war no one wants.

ppl bring this up a lot but the dynamics and approach has changed drastically. the military would not and will not be fighting the next like it did iraq.

it will be a lot worse for whatever country the gov targets

iraq was a regime change ground invasion, venezuela wont be a massive troop invasion and more air/naval. better intelligence operations, more regional allies and no long term occupation.

i think the US would avoid massive troops by any means necessary which would probably lead to more civilian deaths, i mean look at how theyre already covering up drone strike numbers. no telling how much uglier it would look for the target country

the us is looking to perform regime change to allow for a long term occupation of oil fields, just like we did in iraq. this means a ground invasion and troop occupation is inevitable.

and we have way more allies around iraq. the saudis, turkey, israel, egypt, kuwait, the UAE, etc.

you may be right about the oil but i dont think it'd be nearly as big especially with eyes on now and trumps rhetoric regarding iraq but ig we'll see

also turkey and israel refused to help bush, wonder how brazil and other anti maduro countries are

i dont really think this makes a big difference in regards to how the us will attack the country outside of intelligence ops
