Lol, I’m not even defending the s*** Von did. I’m talking about this one situation where Tim had other options. If we a***yze everything Von did obviously he could have done other s***.

So what exactly would you have done if you were in Tim's shoes?

We can easily say what we would have done after the fact but the reality is Tim did what he thought was best. However, before the fight even popped off I would have flagged the cop cars at the scene. This would provide me with the information on how to move. Seeing my man getting punched I would still have engaged but in a non lethal fashion. But I would understand that I would probably get hit by Vons crew. But I would have it in the back of my head that the cops would try to break things up immediately.

One thing is for sure tho I would not have fired a gun in the direction of my friend and I would not fired a gun with cops on the scene. This is evident by Tim immediately getting shoot by the cops. Maybe if I didn’t notice the cops I would have fired in the air as shots make people scatter.

Regardless the entire situation was incredibly dumb by all parties involved. Von put himself in a situation which cost him his life. Tim should of had better self control with cops at the scene. Maybe he didn’t have to get involved at all since cops were there.
