You can get to 99 super quick with like thundaga if you go to olympus down to the battle arena like in the huge open golden room(?) I wish I could describe it better but its like a huge open room with some sort of big golden(?) structure in the center of the room. It’s been a while lol

Have slowly stopped playing KHUX, it’s finally in its final chapter though but will probably just watch the scenes whenever they come out lol. Have a meal and some shortcut elixirs to make things a bit easier.

Since you’d probably replayed the fight a bit you should already know how the attacks with a glow work, just be mindful of the ones that have a delay. Dodge the blue ones as they can shorten the HP until you transform or use an elixir. Try not to miss opportunities for a combo like when he sends his sword to Sora and you can block and close in. Thunder is useful for these opportunities as well, for instance if you’re not close enough to start the combo hit him with a thunder and air step in. Same when he uses the tractor beam, fly in a circle and when he finishes thunder then airsetp in. Also, when he does the pyramid attack, dodge the first one, then block his two attacks, dodge the pyramid again then immediately thunder, that’s another combo opportunity. Avoid the orb too where tries to take the keyblade, it’s pretty easy to avoid after a while but seeing that cutscenes over and over during the first attempts was very annoying lol.

Once his health gets to a certain point, he’ll use his desperation move and change the stage. Be mindful of lasers, knowing when to block or dodge. For instance, he starts with two reds then a blue. There are some combo opportunities, but I barely get them in that section lol be focusing on defensive. Bunch of clones attack you can just dodge and a giant orb but if it’s too much you can summon Ariel, but I’d save the MP tbh.
After that he’ll be in an armor mode and aggressively attack but just counter to deplete that. Easier if you’re in a form that’s a stationary block and counter. Like Ultimate, Light, or Dark form. For the rest of the fight, just use the tactics you already know and wrap it up. And be mindful of the fakeout attacks because he starts to use them a lot, they really test your timing in the fight. Amazing boss lol well that was a lot of rambling but hopefully some of it’s helpful. You’ll get it

how tf i f*** that name up so bad love that game tho it’s one of my favs of the series, had to have replayed both stories like 4 times. still haven’t played the third one tho, working thru the first two on proud rn

Haha I figured that’s what you meant!! I think the BBS remaster is worth it for sure! It just is nice to be able to play it on the big screen finally. I’m so happy with the ps4 collections

yeah Xbox actually came in clutch for once and has the entire HD collection (including 2.8) and the third one all on Gamepass thought i was gunna cry when i saw they added it
