Released on Klein’s Parkwuud Entertainment label
No but seriously this is like the very rare drops of gold they put out in an ocean of overwhelming mediocrity
On the Radar from waaay downtown

This and the toro y moi one came from nowhere lol
Always been iffy about OTR in general tho, they have almost no quality control and will platform literally anyone. Like the textbook definition of hit or miss

knew this was going to be special when it opened with my favorite klein chord-progression (when jesus says yes), re-appearing within an even more conflagratory ensemble, & I was right. she reached a new level w/ this one.
does anyone remember which song in her discog contains the exclusive beat?
edit: i remembered
thoroughly enjoying this, feels like a tighter (electric) franticism permeates it compared to her last like 4 releases.
marked felt like a warm-up compared to thirteen sense

marked has been her most difficult album for me. I am still struggling to fully buy into the entire album. I didn’t like the fact that she kept adding songs to the album because I felt like it was throwing off the cohesion. Some of the individual songs are great, but as a whole it just doesn’t have that seamless sequencing and cohesion as her previous albums that has always led to a sense of unique world-building. Hopefully it all clicks for me one day.

Same for me. This one though... it's hitting the spot
