One of the greatest threads ive seen on this site thank you @op
Nobody was sayin’ that s*** when I was payin’ for them f***in’ hot wings
Hope you burn your f***in’ lips
In. Several of my favorite rappers are HEAVILY inspired by this man
eminem definitely took from keith.

He means super recent guys like this:
lesbians dance with the funky heterosexual
Been hip since pops was playing Dr. Octagonecologyst. As a lil shawty I was amazed at how tf this nigga sounded on "Half Shark Alligator Half Man"
From Dr. Octagon to Matthew he was on a Michael Jordan like run, flawless discography. One of the most versatile rappers of our time and also one of the few reminders that hip hop can just be fun. Bruh, the nigga to this day got like 80+ aliases. Homie also is just....NICE on the mic.
( this video's a great display of how technical this man is)
Fam was a master at just saying the most off-kilter s*** like A big dissapointment when I rub your a****** with a verbal ointment and somehow making that s*** sound hard.
Also, will just rap about ANYTHING and make that s*** sound hard.
Like bruh look up the lyrics for these song man you're be dying bro ( the cartoon Donald Duck is giving fellatio on the floor with Reed Richards looking at the Thing's naked pictures)
One of the greatest hooks of all time.
I don't know why but it's s*** like this that makes this album one of my favorites of his catalog. The way he rhymes is just so different, placing syllables in the most unconventional of places. Also has one of the best "anti-industry" hip hop songs on this album with "Leave Me Alone"
Now unfortunately, he's gone a lil....too far left for my tastes in recent times. He's a lot more hit and miss and the offbeat flow he used to use sparingly and with a lot more urgency has now become his bread and butter and it's way more sluggish and off-kilter. Which to me just sounds so off now.
But I'ma always love Kool Keith a.k.a. Dr. Octagon a.k.a. Mr. Gerbik a.k.a. Willie Biggs, a.k.a. Dr. Dooom, a.k.a. Black Elvis, a.k.a. Matthew, a.k.a. The Spankmaster
(fun fact: for like.....a good portion of my childhood I thought this man was white. His voice was just different sounding to me.)
P.S. You wanna hear an album that's literally just of a nigga ANGRY please listen to Matthew You might as well have just called that album "How to Cope after your Label f***ed the marketing plan for Black Elvis" cause man, that nigga was angry from the 1st track.
@op a strong recommendation for a song that'll make you laugh your ass off.
When I tell you, I was literally crying the first time I ever heard this song when he broke into the chorus.
