Ive had krispy before bro. I used to be a fatass a few years ago. Strict diet since 2020 and i never looked back. Not even tryna be an a****** i just think people put s*** in their body without thinking about what it really is. Some fresh fruit is lightyears better tasting and better for you than a doughnut
