    So here’s how it goes

    Through this group we’ll be sharing in Deepak Chopra’s 21 day meditation. It requires 21 days of commitment, ~15 minutes of meditation and ~15-30 minutes of journaling a day.

    Below you'll find more detailed instructions for the group and our journey together:

    IMPORTANT: Please do not write comments in the group, so as not to lose sight of the practice and meditation. If you have any questions, send me a private message.

    🌿21 days of Abundance🌱
    Day 0: Sat 22nd

    I'm sending the instructions early so you have time to find a journal to dedicate solely to this practice. Please read this part carefully - it contains all the rules of our journey.

    ‼️ RULES OF THE GROUP‼️

    This practice is 21 days and Saturday is day zero, the date by which you get to decide if you want to be part of this beautiful journey through understanding the purpose of the group and our intentions.

    Rules and Arrangements:

    1. After the publication of the daily task, you have 24 hours to complete it. I will lay out all tasks the night before. Each task will be completed before midnight. So today is purely just commitment and tomorrow evening I will send the task and meditation for Day 1. At the end of Day 1, I will send the task and meditation for Day 2. So in this way we start the day with our attention and intention.

    2. If the task calls for you to write, do so by hand with a pen or pencil on paper. It is desirable to have a separate notebook.

    3. Before you write, come to a calm state using slow deep breathing or meditation. You can complete the task after Deepak Chopra’s meditation.

    4. Please send any questions in a private message to me. There's no need to leave comments or "thanks" in the group.

    5. Be fully focused on the daily task, allocating time and space for it.

    6. If you cannot participate or keep the rhythm of the practice, please remove yourself from the group. Make this decision on your own. It is important for us to maintain the flow so that the energy input into this process does not dissipate. Again, there is no judgment if you need to stop participating at any point.

    7. After completing the daily practice, please send a message to the group to confirm you have completed it. For example, "Day 1 Done" as a confirmation of completion. There will be days in which I will ask you to leave other comments. Please make sure to read all the tasks carefully and mindfully.

    8. If the task is not completed within a day, please leave the group.

    9. Every day there will be a published task, phrase of the day, and an audio file with an explanation and a Deepak Chopra meditation.

    REMINDERS:

    • If you have questions, please do not write them here. Just send me a personal message or text.
    • This group is only for meditations, tasks and group energy concentration.
    • You may consider turning off notifications from this group.
    • This process is an opportunity to learn how to allocate time for yourself and your development every day. Have an awesome adventure!

    DAY 0 Phrase:
    "Starting today, I constantly attract abundance with my thoughts"

    I recommend writing this phrase in a notebook and returning to it several times. The more the better. Mahatma Gandhi taught us to remember that our thoughts generate words, words generate actions, actions generate habits, habits generate character, and character breeds destiny.

    If you've read all the rules and agree to follow them, please write and send today's phrase of completion: "Day 0 done."

    Let's break those blocks together. If it's the social part that bothers you, you only have to comment "Day x done" and be on your way. If it's the reading that bothers you its gonna be a tough few weeks
