I really need to get out the house. Since graduating and coming back home, I just been itching to leave. I understand staying down and saving is good, but being here is at times a detriment to my mental.

It's not too hard just know your budget well. Rule is ur income should be 2.5-3 times rent. Im in the 2.5 ballpark and everything is fine

My roommate is a good friend of mine. U should b very careful who u decide to live with for many reasons. If they're a student at a good school that's a good sign
