What makes the theatrical version better

its the prefered cut for stans of this film mostly because it is as direct as possible. It opens immediately with the nightclub... it excises the awful in the air tonight cover from the movie... it's just all around better and less cringe.

Also the "director's cut" (Technically the release for home video is the UNRATED cut not the director's cut) of most mann films is trash

my blu says unrated director's cut..
