I'll admit Mario Kart probably isn't enough for me to buy Switch 2 either. Plus I'll need a new laptop to play Silksong when it releases so I'll probably buy the new Switch when new Mario 3D finally gets announced

Shouldnt let a less potent work take away from a person's best work. I hate when people try to balance every album/film in somebody's body of work evenly when imo it's way harder to pull off 2-3 masterpieces vs 6-7 'good' pieces of work. Imo you gotta release like 7 absolute stinkers in a row to even attempt to take away the potency of one all time classic

Metroid looking kinda mid, don't care about Kart anymore, never cared about Kirby. DK looks fun but I was pretty obsessed with the modern 2D versions. I understand why no Zelda but not even a f***ing reveal for 3d Mario let alone launch availability is brutal. Feeling not restored.

Damn, kart looks cool as hell can't lie but yeah no 3D Mario was kinda a bummer. My guess is they're cooking up an absolute heater and will announce it later this year or next year
