Went to HMV and Hong Kong Records yesterday and found out it's on sale for 79 HKD (10.19 USD).

ALSO Frank Ocean's channel orange was on sale for 99 HKD (12.77 USD).

I have 200 HKD (25.80 USD) saved up. Should I spend it on these two discs or spend it on something else like a really good lunch or whatev's.
