And nah lol, he probably put the leak up to capitalize off it leaking not because he thinks it's the final
the tracklist was tweeted out in July 2012
the leak was zipped up in September 2012
therefore, the leak is a more recent mix than the tracklist

Could just be the person that had this copy never got an updated one/they just zipped it at a latter date

ok then so is the version from the tracklist
there's not just "the" pre-London version, there were various different versions of Act 2
there's no speculation involved at all, the leak is literally a later mix than what Jay posted as the tracklist in 2012

The ye features show that the version in tracklist is newer tho unless those came later I guess that's possible

if anything, i'd bet they were mumble kanye verses that didn't make sense anyways, and ye just never finished them & didn't have the time to (CS & Yeezus recording era) so Jay cut them
