I have a feeling Jay was/still is planning to release Act II after AWT. He had "I got 2 things that'll shock you" in his bio right before the album drop. Also he was gonna have a whole listening party for AWT but Trump announced the europe ban the day before it and everyone got scared (rightfully so)

We probably would've had 2-3 music videos and a tour by now if it wasn't for this pandemic
