Yeah it sounds like the whole mixdown was bounced out partially panned to the right. Don't think it was intentional, probably just a bad bounce

Checked on DAW, yeah the panning is completely skewed towards the right audio channel. I fixed the panning myself just now but someone more skilled can probably do a better job.
