Bought an Ikea JÄRVFJÄLLET Office chair with armrests, and that's pretty decent. I also bought a sit-stand desk to switch it up, and that's one of the best purchases ever.

On December 29 2022, I ordered another one of the chairs I tried during my visit for the Aeron. I was satisfied with the ergonomics of the chair and saw a lot of thought was put into it. I was going to be contacted for when I could pick the chair up, but to this day I have not heard anything back.
When I log into their website, it says I have NO orders placed.

Yep. I also saved a screenshot of the order when I placed it, because you never know. I just pinged off an email 15 minutes ago. If I don't have a reply the next week, I'm calling.

king for the screenshot s***, i do that when it's a new place im ordering from. u use a credit card for the order too? that's always the last chance way to get ya dough back

Nah, didn't bother with a CC because I went to the physical location to test the chairs (and there were plenty) + looked up the company and it had been registered since the 80s by the guy who toured me around.

They mailed me back. My order email got "lost". I can go pick it up. I will go Saturday.

Yep, a mesh back was a must for me. My search for an office chair was a carefully curated process, looking for the best price quality ratio. I was not ready to make any compromises. This is a long term investment.
