this is a great lineup but still too soft/mainstream for me (i mean flume? kaytranada? cmon man), same goes for the people mentioning Fredagain, dude is def a legend in the making but he is more in the gender-bender side of electronic music

Electric Forest has an amazing variety. There’s house, bass, funk, DnB and pop but there’s rock, trap, future bass, chillwave and way more cause they invite all types of artists and DJs.

Lost Lands is mainly just bass and dubstep

I was at Waking Life this year and it was similar, mostly electronic but they had all types of stuff, highly recommend it
my only regret is that i didn't go last year and fourtet was there that year :/

It’s a stupid name but it’s really short for (Artificially) Intelligent Dance Music from the name of a Warp comp so it’s not meant as a value judgement (eg it’s not implying that other dance music is unintelligent)

funny thing is even tho it's one of my most played genres right now, i don't know exactly what songs in my playlist belong to that genre because i listen to a s*** load of different types of electronic songs and dj sets on the daily.
only one i know for sure is IDM is this one

also i'm out of the loop on this one, who's S? the owner of ktt? is he dropping kanye out of the website name? i was confused when i first read this but i saw people talk about this in other threads
