Eh should've been more specific on the fan of question. A lot of artist I listen to like Ye Wayne, but wouldn't consider myself a huge fan of, just artists I check for and listen to a good amount of their music (some new, some old), or artists I used to be a fan of like Eminem but am no longer.
i remember someone doing sumn like this on ktt1
as far as rap goes the catalogue of artist’s was solid :word:
you’re probably excluding a sizeable audience from participating since it’s rap oriented but i’m still tryna see
Entries are still open btw so you can still participate
S/o to 153 people who did this
In regards to KTT,
Majority: White
Started listening to rap: 2010

Tbh 2010 is pretty good considering average age of 22
These 2013 and 2015 spikes tho
fuccboi waves
Yeah no s*** there’s a huge amount of lurkers from all corners of the world and it’s not reflected here
My s*** still tells a lot about actually active audience imo and this is what I’m aiming for

Lol, I'm not suprised by that at all.

the guys who pretend to be black voted for their actual races
Yo OP something that I'm also interested in and might be relevant to the population a***ysis.
When you get the top five artists I'd also recommend doing a race, age, started listening to rap poll for that as well if it can be done.

Yep this is already planned
I can already say that there’s roughly the same percentage of NAV fans across all races

Along with them having post-2010's as their favorite era too, don't get me wrong everyone got their preferences but made me realize how young everyone here is
Agree to disagree
You have a country distribution data for a whole site
Substantial amount of user base are just lurking and of course country spectrum will be way more broad, etc
My goal was to try to a***yze this for the active core community of music sxn and I don’t even think that sample size is that small for this case. If I managed to gather data for 1/3-1/2 of actually active people here - it’s pretty good for this case. And I don’t think there’s much more than 500 actually active posters in music sxn. Not saying my s*** is objective af but I feel like there’s some decent stats in there
You would know the numbers best when it comes to where users/lurkers come from though, any insight that could be relevant or help with it?
From what I'm getting the data collected from the poll doesn't match up with the actual data that you know
You forgot MF Doom , DMX?damn , Also should’ve changed it to rappers you listen to since I don’t really consider me a fan of any artist at all
22 and started listening in 2010, i thought i was young but guess everyone else is just like me lol
Ima just remind that OG KTT used to show thousands of users online but there was like maybe 300-400 highly active ones in music sxn and I wouldn’t expect that pool to be similar country/age/whatever wise to the whole user base
