Smacked VoodooI been on KTT for years. I know how many of the users are when it comes to Beyonce and her music. It goes beyond some "They just like Aaliyah's music more". Spend enough time on this site folk on here will have you thinking Beyonce is one of the worst artists of the last 20 years with the s*** they be saying.
funny because i saw nothing but love on here when renaissance came out. the people who participated weren’t in here hating on beyonce lol, it was a good time.
i don’t personally like beyonce all that much but it doesn’t mean i don’t respect her as an artist, she’s amazing but her music just isn’t 4 me. i’m sure a lot of people feel this way.

Tubigima be honest i kinda felt like Aaliyah's discog not being on streaming for so long might've hurt her legacy, especially for the younger cats who only really knew streaming
but she's doin a lot better than i expected
Radio did a great job keeping her music out there forreal. As much as I hate what east coast radio has become over the last 10-15 years, stations like WBLS, Kiss FM, Power 105, Hot 97 was always playing Aaliyah tracks. Both the hits and deep cuts. Don't know how well radio stations outside of Midwest cities and NY/NJ did with playing her music besides tracks like One In A Million and Rock the Boat.
