I think growing up on the internet Nas has been portrayed as a lyrical god and Pac is just Jesus

I only listened to Pac though so I’m giving the benefit of doubt with Nas due to years of hearing about him

that's true though. the internet definitely played a major part in elevating nas' status over time. it's well deserved tho

I feel weird picking one when I didn’t listen to the other but yet I’m assuming the other was probably more lyrical where as the other has more passion

BUT of course they’re both great blah blah I think since I’m ignorant to the other I’m assuming he’s better cause of the hype

Which is exactly why I’m conflicted, like I don’t have a any mental thought towards Nas besides the minor beef he had with Pac and everyone saying he’s the GOD on the net

Speaking of this, I saw a tweet that Pac’s music was very Texas influenced for his later years and I kinda hear it when listening to this 90’s records from that time
