After doing some digging. Kurrco + other hiphop accounts are paid by LeadMediaAgency. A Nigerian Brand Ambassador agency which pays clients totaling over 3 million twitter followers to post and promote their clients
Twitter pages that get paid by this agency include

@ascinhidingThey also use these accounts to retweet random "insider" accounts like todays coup on NoNDANetwork where they gather the accounts they pay to engage with this account to start a new engagement farm account resulting in more money.
Labels pay agencies like this to promote their artists and start smear campaigns against others.
Yes this is 100% real. and its not just this agency. There are many others that do it for other accounts as well.
