Out. this is heartbreaking to see. God doesn’t belong in schools. The God stuff was cute for a bit but HELLO PEOPLE HE DOESNT EXIST HES F***ING FAKE
Why don’t the people of the schools decide whether God belongs there or not?
Off topic did but did you hear about scientists that started studying on mice that are 4% human? They made hybrids to better correlate their studies to match humans. S*** is crazy. Next thing we're going to have those horses from Sorry To Bother You
Yeo I completely missed this. No I never heard of this wtf.
I’ll look into it👀

His quote on black history month being torture p*** is actually true. And Kanye talking about reparations. And he’s for prison reform. Man...
black history month is not torture p***.
why are black people the ONLY GROUP that aren’t allowed to remember their suffering?

The way ethics is gonna come into question as this type of scientific “research” expands and develops does not have me one bit excited.

We’re not
We have Black History Month
We’re not
We have Black History Month
did you read the other post before cooning
did you read the other post before cooning
One man’s opinion on Black History Month is not the equivalent of us not being culturally allowed to remember our suffering
Lmao being opposed to BHM is cooning now omfg
It’s literally “you don’t agree with me? You’re a coon”

Not at all. creeps me the f*** out.

it’s a trend that’s why i’m making my point.
we’re told constantly to forget about slavery, what our relatives endured because “it was 100 years ago”, but we must never forget the world wars, 9/11 etc.
in my country of origin, the capital city is made up of people who are direct descendants of slaves

So tf what if it’s a trend?
No one isn’t allowed to celebrate BHM and most of the people who oppose BHM get called coons by projectionists such as yourself so what is the big deal?
BHM isn’t going away any time soon. You got nothing to worry about my brother.

because it’s such a non issue to talk about and only seems like pandering to racists who say s*** like “where’s white history month”
i’m not worried about bhm going away but why’s it always brought up in supposedly real discussions?
and despite me calling you a coon i don’t really mean it much.
why’re you opposed to BHM?
I’m not even necessarily I just find it funny that you think being against it is cooning.
I agree with Morgan Freeman that we shouldn't have one month dedicated to teaching people about Black American history when Black American history has affected general American life each and every single month. It’s as if February is the diversity hire for the calendar.
I understand the need for it back then but I think today it’s used more by corporations as a way to patronize Black people and not actually A) put in any real effort to teach the mass public about Black history except for MLK and Rosa Parks, and B) actually change anything about their business structures/give Black people significant executive opportunities

oh ok i agree
The audio clip forbes posted about when he decided to run for president is completely different than the quote they used in the article. The whole bit about kris jenner and calling her his mom. I know that's a minor thing but the way they wrote it made him sound so incoherent which is something a lot of people have been using against him. And it makes me wonder where else they did this in the article
“It’s when I was being offered the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Awards at MTV. I remember being at my mom’s house, my mother-in-law, because my house was being worked on, she calls me ‘son’ and I call her ‘mom,’ I was in the shower thinking, I write raps in the shower. It hit me to say, ‘you’re going to run for president’ and I started laughing hysterically, I was like this is the best, I'm going to go out there and they’re going to think I'm going to do these songs and do this for entertainment, how rigged awards shows are, and then say I’m president. And I just laughed in the shower, I don’t know for how long, but that’s the moment it hit me.”

I don't think it was them painting him as crazy though. It was more of an article than an interview and that's their usual formatting. It just doesn't work for Kanye because he jumps from point to point a lot

THEY WANNA EDIT THE INTERVIEWS

Yeah but I feel like if a source as big as Forbes uses direct quotes they need to get that right. I understand cutting out some of his rambling but they straight up included it all in a different order and left out words that make him sound crazy. Say I'm president vs say I'm going to run for president. That's a very simple sentence for a journalist to write
black history month is not torture p***.

I’m not saying we can’t honor and tell the truth about past atrocities
But black history month reminds me of painting Breonna Taylor’s face on the street but not arresting her murderers
