agree with everything except the last part, its not frat bros running these companies and all attempts at the media trying to make it seem like this culture is because of "frat bros" is hyper-deflection and disingenuous reframing. i have been around high ranking executives in the game industry; when people say "companies run by frat bros", that is like Barstool. There is no equivalent in the game industry.
The type of people who staff these companies are the stereotypical predator who pretends to be a good lib male feminist. its the type of people who if you go to their linkedin and social media they obsess over mainstream liberal political positions and put on a front about caring about feminism and LGBT issues and whatnot but behind the facade they're insanely racist and essentially rapists but know they need an acceptable political facade to not tip off HR and also climb the corporate ladder by playing into "company initiatives" like supporting diversity and pride month and whatnot. they are essentially corporate skinwalkers from american pyscho.
you know how in American Psycho in the dinner scene Bateman goes on the virtue signaling rant about apartheid and world hunger and racial segregation pretends to care about all of these striking issues but in reality he couldn't care less and is just one upping all of them while fantasizing about raping s***workers and killing his co-workers? that is every single worker at these companies

i can assure you minus the rare media industries of which commercial forms of conservatism are essentially a marketing ploy (Barstool, conservative youtubers, daily wire, fox news, etc.), that like every mainstream "major" industry at a high level in terms of its biggest executives and companies is run by these types of people
