I think there's a few things here. One is a lesson to never provide services or product without the payment, especially when you cannot afford to not receive the payment.

Second is this woman is in serious financial turmoil with all those collections and you may need to write this off internally as a goodwill act to those young cheerleaders. Take it as a lesson and move on because you will exert way more time and stress and energy into this situation than $200 is worth if you're not careful - you may have done that already.

I think your only shot, as was suggested before, is to go to somebody with financial power at the school and explain the situation to them. That would definitely be my course of action because I see a -$500 bank account and illegible texts and collection charges coming out as a COMPLETE dead end

The bank took money from her other account because the account she's showing has been negative for so long, so they took that little bit she had in her other account and moved it to that one. That didn't really help but yea I think that's the situation. She doesn't have any income it seems to pay back that overdrawn account.
