Can y’all name a single action movie with “ grounded effects “ in last 5 years ?
I don't think you understand what I meant by effects that were unique and grounded because what you're asking can be answered with every other action film that's released.
I'm simply saying that the older films had a technical constraint, which created allowed for a reasonable scope of creation at a the time that limited VFX. Due to that, the overall aesthetic and feel were a testament OF that time and it created a wonderful and beloved franchise.
So, seeing it redone years later (among other things which is why the trailer is getting a noticeable split in reception) with the advancements in film struck me as odd and out of place although it is unique to that franchise. It sticks out instead of blends in with the rest of the film, whereas it blended in well before.
We have to like everything about this trailer! Or you s*** posting.
Whole lotta Yes man its okay not to like everything they feed you jeez
@Backlava paid by universal to s*** on this film
This s*** trash bro that's all
I was just thinking how the kids in the 90’s and 2000’s had those great blockbuster action and comedy movies and now they don’t have s***. Like in the 90’s it was like American pie and the matrix, the 2000’s was the dark knight and Superbad. Wonder what they have now I can’t think of anything.
We'd be looking back at comic book movies like infinity war and dark Knight though.
Shots fired
I wasnt even try to say anything lol they the ones who brought me back

I’m not even saying you wrong I agree but part of what I’m saying is
1. They don’t do grounded effects anymore
2. There are many reasons why and if you can’t see them rewatch some of your fave films of past with grounded effects
Closest I can think of recently is possibly Nolan films
This nigga needs to be diagnosed with something
Post traumatic Trailer disorder for suree

Lol any post of his you liked you charged him up
It was always going to be hard to pull off a sequel. Neo literally died in the last movie. Anything about resurrecting a character is so played out and that automatically reduces a bit of my interest in the movie. Then it's like a part of the plot is about Neo finding himself which is another played out trope . Plus the cinematography lighting and some of the actors in there doesn't it make it look like a Matrix movie at all. Deep down we all know this wouldn't be as good as the first
