The other Neos didn’t have a Trinity. That’s what made our Neo so unique, and allowed him to break the cycle. The Oracle took his messiah complex programming (his need to save humanity) and altered that code to be focused on one individual instead (Trinity).

This personal and intimate connection is what led him to save Trinity in reloaded instead of saving the human race/restarting the matrix cycle by putting himself back into the source code.

Thats what I thought so if there was only one instance of Trinity or one instance of love then what was the true test or deviation of the other Neos. I guess there was always the legend that he could only become The One with love but I wonder how those other situations played out I guess

With the other Neos, they would simply assimilate into the source code when talking to the architect. With no Trinity, they’re more logic-based and are willing to take the architect’s words without questioning them due to their need to save humanity.

I swear every time I have a convo about the matrix I’m always impressed with the story for new reasons lol
