Well with him it's different because he said he just never saw it. Even if he don't like Reloaded I think he should finish that story at least.

But I seen niggas who didn't like MoS, BvS but for some reason sat through a 4 hour sequel?? And expected to like it???

I feel like people don’t recognize for them time it was filmed how impressive it was to have mechs , flying worms and everything going on . On the budget they had too . While not dumbing things down for the greatest common denominator . Human characters and performances has always been Lana strong suit as well as even though neo the main character you still invested in every single person on screen .

The fact this was 2004 looks practical grounded and not just shiny goes overlooked . People just overly hate on sequels not noticing how many movies have bitten reloaded and revolutions in so many ways . I can’t think of any sci-fi fight that compares to smith neo. Half life 2 comes to mind when I think of art inspired by matrix but so much is was

So in a way matrix 4 her recore of “ I did cloud atlas , sense8, speed racer , Jupiter ascending , lost my parents and a friend , my sister transitioned after media forced information out , I transitioned . Yet I think honestly if they had done press during sequels they would not only have been reviewed better they would be received better . I don’t want to say “ people don’t get them “ but when you ask people specifically what they don’t like about the sequels they are often scatter brained

I mean even if you thought it was ok or mid or poor but were curious thats one thing. I'm talking about people who actually strongly dislike the movie but then also strongly disliked the sequel. It's like why bother

As a nigga who makes fun of Goslings wooden acting and Harrison Ford for just being there, I was hyped and wanted to see Blade Runner in theaters anyway. I thought it was just ok~ . If there was a sequel and I felt the same way about it, why would I expect the third installment to win me over for the whole franchise and then be upset when it didn't.
