Gotham looks better in The Batman trailer than all of snyderverse

It actually looks like Gotham so I don't really have to imagine. Also the main character spends time in Gotham and Metropolis with more than just rich people or isolated night environments . Rather than a world event then blowing up the defining moment with a jar of piss

They fly over that Chicago River where Nolan's Arkham Asylum was set who also had that setting issue

But by the time we got to Dark Knight Rises Gotham was literally just Pittsburgh

A lot of these movies are trash at worlds like no care is put into it

Crazy how Superman second solo where he barely focused on Metropolis he would add batman, tease the justice league, kill superman and have superman all over the world then blow up the trial and never mention actually holding superman accountable after he is brought back to life

I'm not even tryna talk s*** but watch Superman the animated series. The world building and sense of Metropolis is really good. Granted snyder only gave himself one movie to do that with Superman but all the characters he introduces are childhood friends who don't comeback until the funeral or military people who get killed. And Clark Kent has some cool locals who in many ways were a reflection of how the city feels about him, especially Dan Turpin and that Sailor dude

I didn't mean superman blew up the trial. Snyder decied to blow it up. I am saying the plot point of him being held accountable or him possibly being a great evil in the future by the world is glanced entirely over after he brought back to life. Even after he fights the Justice League in front of the world

The story or heroes don't really work if every non powered character is so connected to the plot and knows he is Superman

Thats why the landlord and daughter is a nice break in Spiderman

As well as the fact that he works a job that requires him to see humans that isnt directly connected to the plot in anyway
